This vineyard, planted in AOC Bordeaux Supérieur on a south-facing clay-gravel terroir, is a flagship of the appellation. The wines produced here regularly win awards in some of the most renowned competitions.

Over the last few years, the current owners have embarked on a far-reaching environmental initiative, obtaining AB certification for the 2023 harvest.

To vinify these 36 hectares of vines, there are no fewer than 1,600 m² of operating buildings: a vat room designed by Gustave Eiffel himself, a barrel cellar, a storage cellar, a shed, a barn and a laboratory.

At the heart of the property is a charming Gironde-style house in excellent condition.  With around 288 m² of living space, it offers 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen, a study, two bathrooms and a cellar.
